House Types: The project phase 1 saw the construction of 45 4-bedroomed maisonettes in three different house types on plots ranging in size from 252 M2 to 288 M2. The project will eventually see the development of the whole site into a modern gated estate of 127 units. Phase 1 was completed in November 2007.

The Company: To undertake the development, Cooper Kenya Limited created a wholly owned subsidiary called Hewton Limited which is acting as the developer. Subsequently, Hewton will transfer lease for the land to a management company, which will issue sub-leases to all buyers.
